All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 7–21 days for your item to be made and prepared for dispatch. This timeframe may vary slightly during busy periods, but we will always aim to keep you updated.

Shipping Time  
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days
- International orders may take 5–14 working days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays outside of our control.
