How long does it take to make my order?

 

All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 7-21 days for production before your order is shipped.

Can I request a custom or personalised item?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Please contact us with your idea before placing your order so we can confirm details and pricing.

Can I make amendments to my order?

Orders can only be amended within 24 hours of purchase. After this, production may have already begun.


How long does shipping take?

 


  • UK: 1-4 days
  • International: 3-20 days
    Please note that delays can occur during busy periods or due to customs.


Will I receive tracking information?

 

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


Are there customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.


What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible.


Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges! Send us a DM with what you’d like to exchange your order for and we’ll get to working through this!

To keep your handmade piece in the best condition:


  • Hand wash or gentle cycle
  • Avoid tumble drying
